The system responds to every new lead within seconds via SMS, uses OpenAI to classify intent and urgency, runs a multi-day follow-up cadence, and only hands off to the human sales team once a lead is qualified and ready to talk.

No automated follow-up existed — every lead required manual outreach, and leads that didn't answer the first call were rarely followed up again.

How it works

  3. 03Lead replies → OpenAI classifies intent: interested, not interested, needs more info, wrong number
  4. 04Interested leads are moved to Qualified stage in GHL pipeline with full context
  5. 05Sales rep receives notification with lead details and AI conversation summary
  6. 06Unresponsive leads enter a 5-day automated SMS follow-up cadence
  7. 07Each follow-up message is personalized based on the lead source and service interest
  8. 08Opt-outs are handled automatically and removed from the sequence

Hot leads get routed to the sales team immediately with full context. Cold or unresponsive leads enter a 5-day automated SMS cadence that continues engaging until they respond or opt out.
