GHL + Google Sheets Sync via Zapier /Real Project
Two-way sync between GoHighLevel and Google Sheets
Integrated GoHighLevel CRM with Google Sheets via Zapier to keep contact records, deal stages, and pipeline data in sync. Any update in GHL reflects in Sheets automatically and vice versa, giving the team a live spreadsheet view of their CRM data.

The problem
The team was using GoHighLevel as their CRM but needed live data in Google Sheets for reporting, client dashboards, and cross-referencing with other tools. They were manually exporting CRM data weekly — which was error-prone, time-consuming, and always out of date by the time anyone looked at it.
How it works
- 01Zapier monitors GoHighLevel for new contacts, updates, and deal stage changes
- 02Each event triggers a Zap that writes or updates the matching row in Google Sheets
- 03Contact fields — name, email, phone, tags, deal stage — are mapped to Sheet columns
- 04Deal pipeline stages sync in real time so Sheets always reflects current pipeline state
- 05Team uses the live Sheet for reporting, filtering, and dashboard building
- 06Changes flow both directions — Sheet updates can push back to GHL when needed
What I built
Built a two-way sync between GoHighLevel and Google Sheets via Zapier. Every contact update, deal stage change, and pipeline movement reflects in Sheets automatically. The team gets a live spreadsheet view of their entire CRM without ever manually exporting anything.
