The problem
The medical practice was tracking patient medication cycles manually — missing reminder windows, losing track of which patients were at which stage of their treatment, and handling appointment bookings through a disjointed mix of phone calls, emails, and GoHighLevel. Payment follow-ups for Stripe invoices were inconsistent.
How it works
- 01Patient submits a form on the medical website → details logged in Google Sheets
- 02Clinician qualifies the patient for medication → triggers the 4-month tracking cycle
- 03Automated emails fire at each medication milestone — start, midpoint, renewal, and feedback
- 04GoHighLevel bookings sync to Google Sheets via API integration
